Janet Sidaway brings the investor and analyst perspective to CSR Consulting, providing a “reality check” for companies on the evolving expectations of investors on corporate governance and non- financial reporting, and how best to communicate these issues. Janet has worked in the engineering industry throughout her career in the public and private sectors, and was an engineering investment analyst for fifteen years. She was twice voted “star analyst” in Extel and was voted top engineering analyst six times in the annual survey of Finance Directors. Steve Askins, B.Sc (Hons), MBA. Steve Askins brings the corporate perspective to CSR Consulting. With a background in corporate strategy and finance, Steve has experience in a variety of industries and has recently been working with clients on non-financial reporting and KPIs, particularly covering environmental and health and safety. Previously was responsible for strategy as a member of the Executive Board at TI Group plc, the £3.3bn specialist engineering group, prior to TI's merger with Smiths Industries. Helen Threadgill, BA With 20 years experience, Helen Threadgill brings the fund management perspective to CSR Consulting - particularly relevant to addressing specific fund requirements. Formerly a Senior Fund Manager with F&C, Helen has extensive experience in ethical investment, active in capital goods, pharmaceuticals and other industries and working with both pension fund clients and with company management. |
